File Format Information

For most podcasts, we provide the live cut of your recording. This means that as you are talking, we are cutting between cameras, leaving you with just 1 file with all of the proper camera cuts already embedded.

If you prefer isolated camera files, we can provide those as well. Please ensure you bring a compatible Samsung T5 or T7 SSD for us to transfer the files.

For general content creation, such as videos or photoshoots, we provide the raw files from each camera, allowing you complete flexibility for post-production.

    • Any additional time beyond the booked session is charged as a full extra hour.

    • Even an extra 15 minutes is considered an additional hour, as it affects post production length, scheduling and setup for the

    • Studio setup, camera framing, lighting adjustments, and audio setup are all included within your session time.

    • We always aim to be efficient, but complex setups or last-minute changes may take additional time.

FAQs

  • Yes! We modify the setup to suit any number of guests.

  • An initial video with the live cuts is available one day after the recording stops. If further editing or social media snipits are requested, those are typically delivered within 72 hours.

  • While the 'live' cut will satisfy most, we like to offer additional editing services so that your podcast can be as polished as possible.

  • Typically, no. However, we do have the capability of recording all cameras and microphones individually for even more in depth editing if a project would require. If you would like to receive all isolated files, we ask that you provide the drive to record to. Our system only takes Samsung T5 or T7 SSD's. Please contact us for more info.

  • Yes and No! We have fast internet and can stream to any platform, but its KPG, so we can never be sure.
